Helping Churches Find Their Next Pastor
Hey friends,
I created this page to help smaller churches connect with pastors who feel called to serve. I’ve been in ministry long enough to know that finding the right pastor can be tough — especially for smaller congregations that don’t have big budgets or networks.
Below, you’ll find a list of churches currently looking for pastors. I’m not affiliated with any of these churches; I just wanted to provide a simple, free way to help.
At the end of the day, we’ve got to remember something important: we are the Church. We might meet in different buildings, with different names and styles, but we share one mission — to grow the Kingdom by showing the new life that’s found in Christ.
If this page helps even one church find the right pastor, then it’s worth it.
Grace and peace,

Andrew W. Yates

It’s totally free, and while I don’t screen or vet applicants, I’m glad to help connect churches and pastors who are following God’s call.
Things to Know
Have a few questions before you post or apply? You’re not alone! Here are some quick answers and details about how the job board works and what you can expect.
Do you share our resumes?
Nope! I don’t collect or share applicant information. I simply post the available positions that churches provide to me. All communication and follow-up happen directly between the church and the applicant.
Do you screen applicants?
No, I don’t. While I believe it’s extremely important for churches to screen applicants carefully, that part is up to you. My role is just to provide a place for applicants to see open ministry positions they may feel called to apply for. Please be sure to do your due diligence with anyone who reaches out.
Are you affiliated with any denomination?
No, I’m not. The churches listed here are Bible-believing Christian churches — some are part of a denomination, and others are independent. My personal views may not always align perfectly with every church listed, but my goal is simply to help connect pastors and churches who love Jesus and want to serve His Kingdom.
Is it free to post a listing?
Yes! It’s 100% free to post your church’s opening. There’s no charge or hidden fees. Please note that space is limited, and I reserve the right to decline or remove a posting at my discretion.
Why do you provide this?
Because I’ve been on both sides — as a pastor and as someone who’s seen small churches struggle to fill roles. I know how stressful it can be for a volunteer-led search team trying to find the right fit. This is just one small way I can help lighten that load and serve the Church.
